Aging Process In Slow Motion
By Mike Foster • Jun 27th, 2010 • Category: Anti Aging Skin CareI’m on day four now with my glutathione test. As I mentioned a week ago, I was doing a trade show in a local community and met numerous like-minded health enthusiasts. Despite the fact that I familiarized with medical research and phyto-nutrition, I will be the first to admit that it’s such a huge field that I don’t really think one can every be a guru in this stuff.
With an open source research platform, the industry standard, there is simply too much information to cover for any single entity. I switched from PC to a Macbook about ten months ago in order to maximize my efficiency in executing, tabulating and analyzing research data. Even with the great advantage that Mac gives me over anything in the PC world, I simply cannot get caught up with all sorts of things. Due to that, I try to concentrate on the important things to my family and me. At this stage of my life, it contains things that lead me to staying disease free and keeping energetic and healthy.
Those kids out there – you know – the thirty year olds… who, now think they are bullet-proof, are soon going to find out the aging effects. I was once one of them. I speak from experience. But eventually it catches up on you. At 1st it could be the eyes losing some power in your early 40′s. Next it’s the aches and pains in your joints. Soon cutting the grass becomes as hard as playing a hockey game used to be!
At 9 pm, you find yourself making excuses to go to bed! And when you do, you are up 4 times to go to the washroom. Then 7 am comes around and you come to feel short changed. That was simply not enough rest! But you get up anyway, then go to bath and dress for work. At your workplace, you’re not the dynamo you once were. You look for ways to get through the day without expending excessive calorie consumption. At three in the afternoon you’re all set for a nap at your desk!
As a boy or girl you usually asked, “are we there yet?” while your daddy drove the suv. You now sit at your desk and still ask, “Are we there yet?” – but now you are speaking about quitting time! You get in your vehicle and drive home, narrowly steering clear of 2 accidents. And at home you change into your sweats and flop on the sofa. You are exhausted. You are spent. You are deficient in glutathione.
I see your heads nodding while you read what could easily have been your everyday diary. If this is you, then you need to listen up. 4 days after beginning to take a supplement made to allow my body to keep its glutathione levels high, I am a changed man. The very first thing I realized was the clarity of mind. I woke up earlier than normal for the past two days and I’ve felt good all day. I could effortlessly go for a bike ride tonight instead of dropping onto that sofa.
As a trained specialist in phyto-nutrition, why did I not know about glutathione before this? I am going to do a significant amount of research on this stuff, and when I do, I will translate what I understand into daily language that brings it home for you and i. What I know up to now is quite impressive indeed. I think there are going to be an explosion in marketing this product. It may just be the fountain of youth people have been searching for. What’s ironic is that it has always been in us. It was never “out there.” We always had it, but our bodies has a tendency to eliminate it faster as we age. All of that is going to change.
