In such a way you’ll prepare your body for your tough workouts. It goes without saying that you should increase your pace gradually not immediately. You should start slowly and then you can increase your tempo gradually. By the way after your exercising you should also try stretching. It will cool you down. Stretch those parts of your precious body which seem to be filled with soreness. In such a way you protect your muscles from injury. It’s clear that if you feel a sharp pain while doing your exercises then you should stop doing this immediately.

When doing stretching it is essential to avoid all the jerking quick movements. The best way to do stretching for your muscles is to do very slow stretching movements. It goes without saying that you should feel this pulling sensation when stretching but it shouldn’t be uncomfortable. I hope your daily exercising will be safe.
