You might also need to avoid excessive frowning because excessive apply of facial muscles can result in more facial lines.
Moisturize your skin. The most effective time to moisturize is right after shower when the skin is still a bit wet and damp to freeze the moisture. Moisturizing prevent the appearance of wrinkles and dry skin. Another way to prevent skin conditions due to aging is by consuming plenty of water. Drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water keeps the skin well hydrated.
Dieting and exercising often on a regular basis. To prevent skin conditions because of aging, it is important to keep your body healthy by consuming the proper types of food. Foods with anti-oxidant properties rich in protein and other nutritional supplements are best for the pores and skin. Routine workouts promotes increased oxygen intake and good blood flow that are good for the body and the skin.
As you age your pores and skin may change but taking care of your pores and skin prevents skin issues due to aging. You can keep a youthful pores and skin despite of the age.
