To make attack forward, on the right foot, left to take aside, for the right. The left hand is behind a head, right is aside. Slowly to bend to the right. To fix an inclination of 20-30 seconds. To have a rest 20-30 seconds.
To repeat 3-4 times in each party.
To sit down, dissolve feet, palms on a nape. To incline trunk top forward, slowly to be pulled to the right knee. Slowly to return to a starting position, then to be pulled to the left knee.
To repeat 6-8 times.
To sit down, cross feet. To press hands on a chin and simultaneously to strain neck muscles resisting to pressure of hands. To fix this position of 20-30 seconds. To have a rest 20-30 seconds.
To repeat exercise 6-8 times.
